Thank you for entrusting us with your dental needs. Our goal is to provide you with quality care in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere and in the timeliest manner possible. This information is to guide you through the rapidly changing world of dentistry and insurance plans.

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. It is very important that you understand the provisions of your dental policy. We accept Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross / Blue Shield and United Concordia.

We cannot guarantee payment of all claims. If your insurance company pays only a portion of the bill or rejects your claims, any contract or explanation of your claim by your insurance company does not relieve you of your financial obligation. If your insurance company has not paid your claim in 30 days the balance will automatically become your responsibility.

In order to keep our fees moderate, we have eliminated billing from our office. All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards. Any returned checks are subject to a service fee. We also offer CareCredit for your financing needs. CareCredit applications are available at the front desk and are usually approved within 15 minutes.
