Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Appointments
We believe your time is as valuable as ours. We do not overbook patients except in cases of emergency, and we do our best to stay on schedule to avoid any delays to you. Please assist us by arriving on time for your scheduled appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment for a later time.
Please realize that it is each individual’s responsibility to keep track of appointments made. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice so that we may schedule another patient in the time slot reserved for you. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, a fee may be charged and is payable prior to future visits.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
